Support Worker Days- Seaford
We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic healthcare assistant to join our amazing complex care team in Seaford. You will be supporting our lovely client, who lives with a Brain Injury and will require support with all aspects of personal care, moving & handling and her day-to-day living. She also has a PEG in place for all of her food and medication.
Our client is engaged in rehabilitation – her support team will be working within a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team, with a lot of learning opportunities. We are looking for people who will be able to provide the important care that our client requires.
Full client-specific training will be provided by our brilliant nursing team. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a lovely team and to enhance your skills in complex care, with fantastic 24/7 clinical support.
Your experience
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a healthcare assistant and be a great team player who will work well alongside our fab team. Any previous experience in complex care would be beneficial.

Female Complex Care Nurse - From £35ph
We are looking for people who will bring positivity and fun to our clients’ care environment and be able to provide the important care that our client requires. Our client is a vibrant young lady who lives with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and loves all things Disney, make up and pop songs!

Your experience
You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing one-to-one care, ensuring our client’s medical and personal needs are met with dignity and respect.
Qualified RN/RMN with the following experience:
- Ventilatory Support: Managing a Nippy 3/4 ventilator.
- Cough Assist: Operating the Philips Respironics Cough Assist machine.
- Daily Care Needs: Providing safe, gentle support due to brittle bones and limited mobility.
- Engagement: Creating a positive, uplifting atmosphere by embracing love of Disney, makeup, and pop music.
